Alia Marie "Lia" Shelesh, widely recognized as SSSniperWolf, is a British-American YouTuber celebrated for her engaging reaction videos, gaming content, and cosplay. Born on October 22, 1992, in Liverpool, England, she is currently 32 years old. 

Early Life and Background

Alia Shelesh spent her early years in Liverpool before relocating to the United States with her family at the age of six. She began playing video games around this time, with her father purchasing a PlayStation to keep her and her siblings occupied. Her gaming alias, SSSniperWolf, is inspired by the character Sniper Wolf from the "Metal Gear Solid" video game series. 

YouTube Career

In 2013, Alia launched her YouTube channel, SSSniperWolf, focusing initially on "Call of Duty" gameplay videos. Her content quickly gained popularity, leading her to diversify into reaction videos, anime discussions, and video game character cosplays. As of December 2024, her channel boasts over 34 million subscribers and more than 25 billion total views. ​

Beyond her main channel, Alia created a second channel in 2014, now known as Little Lia, dedicated to DIY projects, home goods, crafts, and recipes. ​

Personal Life

Alia has a diverse heritage, with her mother of Turkish descent and her father of Greek descent. She has siblings, including a sister known online as Ranya Lasagna and two younger brothers. Tragically, one of her younger brothers passed away in 2022. ​
